In 2022, we proudly debuted the Hammerhead 1190, a 185 horsepower sport bike powerhouse continuing Buell’s high-performance American V-Twin engine. On this iconic foundation, the 2025 Freedom Edition Hammerhead now emerges.

The 2025 Freedom Edition Hammerhead 1190 represents the pinnacle of American motorcycle engineering, proudly hand-assembled in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This machine harnesses the most powerful American V-Twin engine available, delivering performance that showcases our nation’s legacy of innovation.

The Stars and Stripes design flows along the Hammerhead’s aerodynamic profile, while raw carbon fiber shines through the transparent BUELL emblem, testament to lightweight American craftsmanship and unrelenting performance. Beneath this striking livery, the Hammerhead 1190 retains its formidable performance. Powered by Buell’s liquid-cooled 1190cc V-twin engine—originally developed for AMA super sport racing, delivering 185 horsepower and 102 ft-lbs. of torque while weighing just 419 lbs.
