Buell Motorcycle’s digital marketing specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the Company’s digital marketing tactics. The specialist will use digital channels to reach customers, generate prospects, build brand awareness, and promote products. The job requires a strong digital skill set along with experience in planning and execution of creative campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
Executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Writes, edits and schedules content for website and social media platforms
Manages social listening efforts based on comments and on-line conversations
Continually improves the Company’s social media presence
Measures and reports performance for all digital marketing campaigns and compares to goals
Identifies trends and insights
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Collaborates with internal and external teams to optimize website user experience
Collaborates with agencies and other creative resources
Assists Director of Marketing with implementation of strategic marketing plans to meet business objectives, including collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors
Education, Work Experience and Skill Requirements:
Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a business environment
Education: Associates or bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe software
Proven competency in all social media platforms
Strong oral and written skills
Knowledge of digital marketing technology
Organized and creative
Analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to take direction and work to meet expected deadlines and schedules
Demonstrated team player
Job Type: Full-time
Salary & Commission: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
